Schedule a Tour

You must list in writing the names of everyone that you appoint to pick up your children. The list of names will be kept in your child's file.  We CANNOT release your child through a phone call unless the name of the person who will be picking up your child is on the list you have provided to the center Exception: You may fax us your permission for the child to be picked up and you must include the name of the person picking up the child.  Please remember that In Loving Hands have the safety and well being of your child in mind at all times. 

If you are picking your child up early from the Elementary School, please let us know.

The center provides transportation for school-agers to and from school. 

We take/pick up from McRae and Keystone Elementary schools.

Medication - Please do not send in medication with your child. Medication must be brought to the facility by the parent or guardian. The medication must be approved, age appropriate, and if it is a prescription medication it must have the pharmacy label attached. Parents/guardians are required to fill out and sign the state of Florida's Medication Form and all the requirements must be met before we can administer any medications. 

Note: We only give prescription medicine at noon - Parent can give medicines before and after childcare.
